Returns :
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery,To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packing.

Exchanges (if aplicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, you can contact us at: info@linarajewelry.com. Please send us a photo of the defective or damaged item within 72 hours of receiving your package. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your exchange or return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send the package. Notice: We do not cover the shipping cost for returns. We are not responsable for lost returns sent without tracking.
Sales Items:
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchange.
Refunds:
If the refund was approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
